2017 Mazda 6 Coupe comes onto the market during 2016 year. The biggest change is related to the body, that will now have four instead of two doors. The new coupe version, will share the same platform with the sedan version but it will be a little easier. Exterior will retain distinctive KODO design with a lower stance and modern lines. The list of changes is: front grille, bumpers, lights and more. The front of the vehicle will get the muscles, thanks to the new hood, which will be larger compared to the sedan version. The interior will bring a modern interior and new technology that will raise the comfort level. Although most manufacturers leaving this trend, this medium-sized car will boast a new coupe version. The propulsion system will offer new power-trains with improved engines and performance.

2017 Mazda 6 Coupe will be powered by two types of drives. Leaked are the information that indicate that the base engine will be a 2.5-liter turbo unit with four-cylinder that delivers 320 horsepower. New technologies provide a greater degree of compression of air and pressure fuel injection into the engine. The new engine will have a higher coefficient of efficiency and lower fuel consumption. Another type of drive is a combination of four-cylinder engine and an electric motor that makes powerful hybrid system. In pure electric mode will be able to cross about 30 miles. Power will be transmitted to all four wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. SKYACTIV-Drive system will provide several driving modes that will stand the driver available.

2017 Mazda 6 Coupe delivers sophisticated and redesigned interior. The center console will be revised with new equipment: 7-inch touch screen, a new infotainment system, new ventilation system, a new instrument panel, electric brakes, Connect Mazda and much more. The seats are made from high quality leather and complemented by luxurious details. i-ACTIVSENSE security technologies include the following features: Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Smart Brake Support. The list of competitors are: Nissan Altima and Honda models. Price has not yet been determined and will depend on the choice of engines and trim levels.
